Who we are
Regulated crypto-asset services, including discretionary portfolio management of crypto-assets, are provided by Tesseract Investment Oy, a Finnish limited liability company authorized as a Crypto-Asset Service Provider (CASP) under Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCA) by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority (FIN-FSA). LEI: 743700GULNWPBLJ7A022.
Lending is provided by Tesseract Earn Oy (registered in Finland). The lending business is not a regulated financial service and operates outside the MiCA perimeter to equivalent compliance and risk standards. Tesseract Earn Oy is also the technology platform company supporting both businesses, certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and holding a SOC 2 Type II report.
Lending operations are booked through Tesseract Earn Oy’s wholly-owned UK Special Purpose Vehicles, Tesseract UK Access I Ltd and Tesseract UK Access II Ltd, both incorporated in England and Wales. These entities are the legal book of record for the lending business.
Not for UK persons
The Tesseract websites and their contents are not directed at persons located in, or resident in, the United Kingdom. They do not constitute a financial promotion within the meaning of section 21 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, and are not approved by an authorised person. Access is granted on the basis that the accessing person is not a UK person and will not disseminate the contents to any UK person.
Not for US persons
The Tesseract websites and their contents are not directed at, and are not intended to be relied upon by, U.S. persons within the meaning of Regulation S under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933.
