Helsinki, Finland – October 22, 2025 — Tesseract has successfully renewed its ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification, reaffirming its position as a trusted, security-first institution in digital asset management.
Certified by an accredited third party, this achievement confirms that Tesseract’s Information Security Management System (ISMS) continues to meet the highest international standards for data protection, confidentiality, and operational resilience. The certification covers the systems, technologies, and internal processes that support the delivery of Tesseract’s institutional services, ensuring that information security remains integral to every part of its operations.
“ISO 27001 is more than a certification for us, it’s the foundation that allows us to operate with confidence and integrity,” said James Harris, CEO of Tesseract. “Our clients trust us with their assets and data every day, and maintaining strong compliance reflects the discipline and culture of risk management that runs through the entire organisation.”
This renewal reinforces Tesseract’s long-term commitment to transparency, governance, and trust — principles that underpin its regulated operations and institutional relationships. It builds upon a strong compliance foundation that includes SOC 2 Type II certification, continuous penetration testing, and rigorous vendor oversight.
“Security and reliability are central to how we build and scale our platform,” said Leo Wuoristo, Chief Product Officer at Tesseract. “Renewing ISO 27001 demonstrates our dedication to safeguarding information and maintaining operational excellence while continuing to innovate.”
The certification remains valid until October 2027, subject to annual surveillance audits.
