# Tesseract

> MiCA-authorized digital asset management. Tesseract provides discretionary portfolio management through Dedicated Client Vaults, and institutional-grade DeFi yield infrastructure.

Tesseract is a regulated digital asset manager headquartered in Helsinki, Finland. The group runs two distinct service lines, each provided by a separate legal entity:

- Dedicated Client Vaults (DCV) — discretionary portfolio management of crypto-assets, provided by Tesseract Investment Oy, a MiCA-authorized Crypto-Asset Service Provider (CASP) supervised by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority (FIN-FSA).
- Lending — yield infrastructure for exchanges, neobanks, and wallet providers, provided by Tesseract Earn Oy. Lending is not a regulated service and is not portfolio management.

Tesseract Holding Oy is the parent company of the group.
